The minimum stay is 3 nights

Per night; € 150,-  Per week; € 1050

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation*. As soon as the deposit is received by us you will get a confirmation by email within 24h. The other 50% needs to be paid two weeks before arrival at the latest.
We ask for an additional € 75,- If you want us to clean the gîte.

You can cancel your reservation within 24 hours, followed by a refund of the deposit. After 24 hours the deposit is non refundable in case of a cancelation. If you cancel your stay after the last 2 week before arrival have started, you are still obliged to pay for the full stay. If we manage to get another booking on your dates 50% of the total price will be reimbursed.
